Almost 1000 albums into the 1001 albums you must hear (1001albumsgenerator.com)

All the different books had 1089 total albums, so there's a few more to listen to. Then the guy who wrote the site did a cool thing and allows those who finish to do user submitted albums, so another couple of hundred after that!
Good for you Chris. I have the book, and went through it all quite a few years ago. I should put it back on my bedside table to pick up now and again. I signed up for the website too but it didn't catch me. I can try that again too.

It helps that I'm in a group of 3 other guys who are all doing it too. When we start falling a bit too far behind, we get on each other in our discord channel!

I'm about 3 or 4 generated albums behind, but that's not terrible.

There's some good stuff in here, but it's entirely too long. And I'm just not a huge prog rock fan, so given it's length, it's just okay.

Biggest thing I found is that I like country more than I thought I did. I hate modern country, but some of the stuff from the 60s and 70s is pretty great.

I need to re-listen to that one. I did not give it a good score, but I might've been in a bad mood or just not ready for it.
