The Expanse
I’ve loved The Expanse since the beginning. Some seasons were uneven but overall, from beginning to end, it’s (IMHO) one of the best pieces of Sci Fi put to film or TV.
Doing my annual re-watch, and am in the middle of season 4. I still stand by the above.

Yeah, he makes some really good points…
I will highlight (and he does barely touch on it) that there are films that look like films, Dune and Dune II, Furiosa, The Brutalist, and I’m sure there’s many more examples.
We need to keep going to see these types of films.

Re: Guilty Pleasure series

Season 2
Yeah! Season 2. The Christmas episode and Forks are two of the best hours of TV ever.
Overall agree with all that’s said above. The show does increase anxiety (sort of, it’s like the blues… but for anxiety? Does that make any sense?)
And ...

Re: Read Me
Several thoughts here.
1) thanks for hosting.
2) I look forward to connecting/reconnecting with folks about various entertainment and other topics.
3) there’s a lot of tech talk in the post, can’t say I understand it all, but I’m happy to be here.
